Firstly, in our room, the ceiling had water leaking.It was also very to difficult to shower as water kept puddling up afterwards.
Most importantly those inconveniences aside,
they kept saying the room deposits will be refunded and charged me bunch of $$$ fee per night which they never communicated during my checkin or checkout process. I kept asking everyday to ensure no mistakes happen or will
happen; they misled me to thinking my bank will process and refund back. They kept insisting Expedia did not communicate to them I paid upfront which is unacceptable, I paid my charges upfront there shouldn’t be any surprise charges especially when we hardly even utilized anything in the room. Please correct this wrongdoing asap!
