The property was close to beaches and food which was very convenient. But in the first day of arrival the room was not cleaned properly, it took them a day and a half to comeback and clean the room. In that moment we were gone from the room enjoying activities to when we arrived back we noticed nothing was touched still. We had to step out of the room after being gone half the day, tired and ready to be clean. After that was taken care of the hotel was OKAY!! But the day before leaving one of the ladies at the front desk had housekeeping enter our room with of any acknowledgment or notice. I was very unsettled by the whole thing because of the fact that I would prefer to put away my personal belongings. But yea they entered in the room with any verbal request or the sign being on the door. I personally would not recommend this place. This was supposed to be a relaxing time for me and my husband for our anniversary and the moment we arrived it was a nightmare. Oh one more thing after my husband noticed the previous reviews before arriving we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and still stay there, so my husband called 4 times to make sure everything was okay with our room !! The A/C was not working causing us to wait for someone to come to the property and fix it, plus the cleanliness was poor!!!
