The staff are warm and welcoming. The property is ideally located on Condado Beach with direct access, beach side service and centrally located in an area that is walkable and filled with dining options.

The San Juan Marriot is a great place to stay while in Puerto Rico. The staff is EXCELLENT and super friendly. Great service from all the staff and the hotel is clean and welcoming.

Everything from the initial greeting from staff, ambience, food/drinks, pool and beach area was PERFECT. I will be coming back to this exact hotel again, hopefully soon.
