"The room was nice and big and the view was spectacular. The room was dirty and needed some repairs. The breakfast was nothing special but the outdoor seating was full of aggressive birds that wanted your food."

"Charged us for towels. I went to the car to get cash to pay even though I disagreed with the charge, and they locked us in the parking lot. Cleaning ladies wanted to scrap about 2 towels with a mascara on it. They were yelling and screaming. Would have obliged if I had time. Gave them 50$ for the towels and they pocketed it. Room was basically a closet. Have never had an experience this terrible in PR or anywhere. Stay anywhere else."

"The Marriott San Juan Stellaris is the ONLY hotel I stay in when I come to PR. This luxury resort is unreal, beautiful interior, kind and helpful staff, clean rooms and a beautiful view of the ocean. Thank you for a GREAT STAY!! Will be back sooon!!"
