"Pros: Location. Very close to train stations. The entrance is literally outside the hotel and it connects to the namba walk which is an underground pathway to get to other stations and shops. Cons: No laundry facilities in the hotel. No safe in the room to store belongings. Staff does not fill out forms to ship luggage. Other hotels would do it for us because we cannot read Japanese."

"Perfect location to and from Kansai airport! Easy reach to many restaurants in the area! Check out time is a little early (10am?), most hotel check out is 11am in USA!"
