"We had a magnificient stay at Banyan Bay. The staff were friendly and helpful, we felt like home during our stay. There is plenty of activities which are available for free like kayak, paddle board, and cooking class. One thing to take note about the natural friend "insects" around the environment. I would definitely come back for more."

"Ich habe hier die letzten 5 Tage vor dem Rückflug und nach 3 Tagen Bangkok verbracht. Genau der richtige Ort zum Erholen von dem Verkehr in Bangkok. Überfahrt von Krabi nach Ko Jum ca 1 Std, 400 Baht. Das letzte Stück vor der Insel wird man von einem Long tail boat abgeholt. Die Anlage befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage auf Ko Jum am Strand. "Eigene Bungalow am Hang im Dschungel oberhalb des Meeres. Loggia mit Hängematte. Moskitonetz in jedem Zimmer. Der Strand ist steinig, aber sehr schön. Auf der Insel ist fast nichts los, so hat man seine Ruhe (wobei wir überall in Thailand natürlich auch viele Deutsche anzutreffen sind...). Die umliegenden Restaurants sind sehr gut und günstig, das Hotelrestaurant ist eher teuer. Man muss sich auf Insekten im Zimmer einstellen, weil man direkt in der Natur ist. Kein Warmwasser in Zimmern...
