"I enjoyed my three night stay at J Hotel, and am glad to recommend it to others. The building and the rooms are quite dated and are showing signs of age. However, the staff are lovely and the facility is kept very clean. Also, the location is really fantastic. e.g. a three minute walk to the long tail boats to Railay. And of course there are dozens of perfectly nice places nearby for a meal. Or a drink….or two, or more. J Hotel is my new fav place to stay in Ao Nang. "

"The staff at the reception was really nice. On our first night (3rd floor) we heard a lot of noise from above (like a cat or something). The A/C unit took a bit to get to the sweet spot and the building was a bit dinged up in spots, but the staff even with limited English was very sweet and accommodating.
