"Great little hotels. We were greeted with a hand written note and a complementary bottle of wine, which was super impressive. Be aware that you need to ask for room cleaning. I wish I knew this ahead of time. Overall a great find. I would stay there again!"

"Everything about this hotel is exceptional! We were treated like royalty from the minute we arrived with the lovely front desk staff searching for the best room with a view for us to the complimentary bottle of Sangiovese that arrived minutes after we had settled in. We had an amazing room overlooking the gardens with a view of the London eye. Complimentary mini bar and a super comfortable bed meant our four day stay in London was perfect! You cannot fault the staff here for their hospitality...

"Really enjoyed the BL. The staff was very accommodating, we stayed inside courtyard suite so we could sit outside in the mornings for coffee. We cooked on one night and managed with just the essentials they provide. The gym was great, it had everything we needed despite being small. It does requires a reservation but we had no problem securing time. We really enjoyed the walk from the hotel through Bermondsey to the London Tower underground with access to everything. Lots of bars, restaurants...

"The Chamberlain is a very safe, smaller hotel in a great location conveniently located within walking distance to either Aldgate or Tower Hill tube station. The people are friendly, the rooms are nice and clean and the food at the restaurant is delicious. I would definitely stay there again. "
