"Everything about this hotel is exceptional! We were treated like royalty from the minute we arrived with the lovely front desk staff searching for the best room with a view for us to the complimentary bottle of Sangiovese that arrived minutes after we had settled in. We had an amazing room overlooking the gardens with a view of the London eye. Complimentary mini bar and a super comfortable bed meant our four day stay in London was perfect! You cannot fault the staff here for their hospitality...

"All the staff are amazing. They make you feel very welcome, are all so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I really can't praise them enough! The room was small but very clean and comfortable with everything you could need for a great stay.
