"cleanliness and comfort, and staff are great. The pool was remarkably clean and so warm it was perfect ( if warm weather and that temp maintains the pool will probably be great well into the fall ). Internet service was completely OFF on the first night, I guess due to the weather. I didn't care, BUT, there are some people that will complain about anything. I think the TV is tied to the internet so no internet meant no TV, again, I don't care. Since everyone uses a phone to do everything...

"I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel! Everything was as pictured online and even better in person. The room was very clean! The shower had excellent water pressure! The AC worked very well which is huge when staying in the New Orleans area during a heat wave! The pantry in the lobby was well stocked. They accommodated us with extra towels when requested. "A genuinely great hotel with beautiful and clean buildings, superlative staff (especially the front desk staff, especially Menard). It seems like every year New Orleans seems to decay a little more, with a lack of pride for the city by its residents and visitors. It’s a shame that such a treasure keeps getting dirtier every year. But Hotel Peter and Paul is, in my opinion, the best small hotel in the city."

"Arrived in the late am and were allowed to check in 5hrs early. Loved the bldg, courtyatd area and our 3rd floor room. Quiet and peaceful. Perfect location. Way better than staying on Bourbon street, which we did our first visit to N.O. So many places within walking distance, Jackson square, Horse Carriage rides, ghost walking tours, graveyard bus tours etc. Could not have been happier w the French market inn. We will 100% stay there again."
