"Most people don't come to NoLa to stay in their room... what we needed was an affordable place to put our luggage, shower and sleep. To that end, we got what we paid for. The rates were affordable, the staff was nice, there was free gated parking, the room was spacious, and the hotel was right off the freeway so it was easy to get to all the stuff we wanted to see. "We had such a good time there. The place is beautiful and we loved the courtyard! We originally picked it for the parking and are so glad we did. We didn't even need the car because of its convenient location. I will definitely be back. The staff are kind and so helpful. The rooms are beautiful and lets not forget the history of the place. If you are unaware, don't worry, a ghost tour will be along any moment now. LOL Enjoy!! We did! "

"Our one night stay was really nice. Check-in, valet parking all smooth. Location on Toulouse was excellent, yet the room was perfectly quiet all night. Older home/hotel, but updated enough to be both NOLA charming and comfortable. Valet rate was better than most and worth it, especially if you have driven a truck around town looking for parking!! "This is an exceptional property. It is an oasis hidden in the middle of the French Quarter. After a long day of walking, it was such a treat to cool off in the pool. The complimentary drinks in the pool house were an extra treat. The rooms are beautiful and quiet with plush towels and crisp sheets. Thank you Shaun and Anthony for making our stay so wonderful. We will be returning. "

"Thomas the door man and Jason the bartender at the pool bar were both awesome! They helped me out so much with advice on the city, where to go and what to do. They were both top notch and treated me like family."

"If you want CHARM and not CHAIN this is it. It was a short walk from everything and not to much noise. Now the staircase threw me off but I had to remind myself CHARM not CHAIN. These places were built before elevators existed. It was very clean and the staff was nice. I felt safe and would stay again. "
