Balcony was awesome especially when the streets were quiet. Loved the historic architecture. Shower stall door knobs were loose. Steps to 2nd floor were a little steep but I managed (hip replaced in March). Staff were nice. Location close to Bourbon St., French Market etc. Good experience overall

The room was clean, service was good, the only down side was climbing so many stairs with our suitcases as our room was at the very top of the building. It was fine for us as we only had carry ons but I imagine for someone staying there longer, lugging suitcase up so many flights of stairs would be rough since these are old buildings without elevators.

The room was clean, the staff took the time to show us several rooms and let us pick the one we wanted. Every single staff member was a superstar, so much so, that We actually looked forward to seeing them at the end of our outings and sharing our experiences! Everyone at the front desk was a joy, always with a genuine smile and lots of helpful suggestions about anything we asked. Absolutely love Perry, working 3-11 shift, he’s a “real one”, lol! Also, the hotel is in a great location, on the prettiest street in the Quarter.
