"Our favorite place to stay when we are in town for a concert. The property is pristine, welcoming and so conveniently located. The staff has always been courteous and welcoming as well. The room was beautiful with soft colors and looked out to trees and a babbling brook, lovely to wake up to. Parking is easy- and there is a (paid) shuttle to Mountain Winery available. Restaurants and shops are all walkable"

No breakfast available in restaurant-just some "pastries" in plastic bags and coffee dispenser in lobby. Toilet broke down at 11 p.m., no maintenance staff on duty. Had to get luggage cart and change rooms on my own. No valet service-all luggage handled personally with luggage cart. Only one elevator to use. Dated furniture in room. One lamp out, no bulb replacement. Hall light near elevator out. Great location. Los Gatos is a beautiful town. Probably wouldn't stay there again until it is updated. RIght now it's a place frozen in time-maybe 1980. The new owner could turn this into a first class place appropriate to the town."
