Tony at the front desk made us feel very welcome when we arrived. Something we looked forward to doing at the hotel was going in the hot tub, but was unavailable to use during our stay. So he gave us complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience and to improve our experience there. Our King suite was amazing and spacious that was comfortable for our little one to run around in and equipped with a refrigerator and microwave for our dinner leftovers and daughters yogurts and snacks. Everything was very clean and furniture was well maintained. The only issue we ran into was our tv in our bedroom didn’t work initially. But we called Tony at the front desk and he sent the maintenance guy instantly and fixed the tv right away. Breakfast the next day was wonderful hosted by the F&B Manager Thomas (I believe was his name) who gave us excellence service and kept our coffee cups filled and served delicious food aside from the buffet with great conversation as well. The banana cream pancakes were amazing! Overall we had an amazing stay and the location was great as well with accessible and easy parking. We will definitely be going back there again in the future. Thank you to the staff for a great experience!
