I did not have a good experience at this hotel. The service and communication were very disappointing.
I needed to adjust my travel dates due to work and contacted Expedia, who said they would request the change and ask the hotel to waive the penalty. A few days later, I was told the request was denied. My Expedia app still showed the original dates, so I traveled as planned. When I arrived, I was told my reservation had actually been moved to the new dates I had requested. I was never informed of this change. The front desk staff member was rude and told me I needed to find another place to stay. I was already running late for a meeting and had to scramble to book another hotel for the night.
During my stay, the fuse in our room blew while we were microwaving food and watching TV. The same staff member said he would check and call maintenance. After 20 minutes with no update, my boyfriend went downstairs and was told maintenance could not come that night. We would not have known this if we had not followed up ourselves.
We were moved to another room but experienced more issues there as well. Overall, the lack of communication and poor customer service made this a very unpleasant stay. We will not be returning.
