Great location, walking distance to dining areas and shopping. Great breakfast place (Southern Kitchen) was accross the hotel. Delicious food. I also enjoyed a trail run along the creek just a block away from the hotel. Easy check in and very friendly, helpful staff. We were here a week ago and came back. Highly recommend!

Darling old classic property and room with character. Many amenities in the room, full kitchen, provided refrigerated filtered water and bag of ice, soaps etc, and office nook off the bed area - lots of functionality and support. Excellent location!! Allows pets! Easy messaging and communication with the property. Would've given 4.5 instead because the security gates don't actually close well and the next door neighbours arriving and situating was pretty loud, not a lot of sound insulation, the driveway to enter and park is narrow and dead end requiring a 4 point turn around to get out, and my specific room wall air system would not shut off the fan (even Off) and stayed colder than I chose. But minor complaints! Room, bath, office and kitchen were wonderful. Location is *stellar*. I'd stay there again!!!

Für the money and location, this is a great spot. It was clean and convenient as heck. I wound stay again. Close to walking, hiking, and biking trails, coffee, restaurants, exigencies shopping (not my jam, but it's there), etc.

Inexpensive, very safe location with pretty grounds. I have been a guest at this motel since childhood (1960s) when it was Molly's Paradise, owned by Mr & Mrs Jasmann. The pool was later filled in and is now a courtyard. My room was one of the less expensive rooms near the courtyard (#121) and is in need of at least some renovation. Noticeably, the drapes were in need of cleaning. The room was otherwise clean and adequate, and had a mini fridge and Keurig. Parking was easy though I'd imagine a large vehicle may be cramped. The desk clerk was friendly and personable. I do appreciate the retro style as opposed to antiseptic chain hotels, and Garden Inn still retains its charm.
