"This is a go-to for us because we love Los Gatos and they are dog friendly. Loading and unloading is self-help which we don’t mind. The rooms are clean, quiet (sometimes there is some noise like motorcycles, late night crowds on weekends, but that’s Los Gatos) and decent size for two plus a dog. Cafes, restaurants and shopping are all with in walking distance. There’s also a mini redwood forest park across the street near the post office where dogs can walk and have a drink at the fountain."

"We were three people staying in a king suite and the room was dilapidated. The bathroom had a crack in the ceiling above the bathtub that was leaking from the room above. Staff was not that helpful as they said there were no other rooms available nor were they willing to do more than 3,000 points to mollify us. In the morning, the crack in the ceiling opened up and came down into the bathroom tub and they finally agreed to move us to another room. In addition the sofa bed was incredibly...

People were walking outside right past our window, there were tons of cars making noise with alarms going off, hotel doors were constantly being slammed shut throughout the entire night, and the ice machine right next to our room was very noisy too. We are silver members and no breakfast was given as most Hiltons are supposed to."

"I was disappointed by the reception team during my recent stay. Despite arriving with heavy luggage, not a single staff member offered to help or even acknowledged the struggle. A hotel’s front desk sets the tone for the entire experience, and unfortunately this one felt indifferent to guests’ basic needs. I hope management addresses this, as a little attentiveness goes a long way in hospitality."

"We had a pleasant stay as always in a Marriott hotel. I have to say the rooms were kind of plain and could use some more decors to make it more peaceful and harmonious vibe. The light switches were kinda weird and one of the switch was broken but was later fixed when we got back. So, that was nice. It’s close to freeway and shopping centers in the area. Walking distance. Overall, I would stay again."

"I was pleasantly surprised by what I found at this lodge. I arrived for business meetings in the middle of the World Cup and my normal hotel prices were through the roof. I selected Convention Center Inn and really liked the place easy to get to, easy to park, clean rooms and extremely pleasant and attentive staff. Sometimes ya get a surprise…..this was a big and good one."

"Great parking and accessible to freeway and restaurants. It feels home. Front desk assigned our room for disabled. The sofa was filthy and visible wear and tear. This was my second time here. All the receptionist are friendly and courteous except one. She is unpleasant and I guessed she is not a people person. Well thank god the other staff help me to transfer to another room. I personally love this hotel. Well, we survived. Kudos to friendly and professional crews!"

"If I could I would give this motel zero stars! The motel is dirty and it smells dirty! The curtains have holes and its just disgusting to lay on the bed. I could not sleep knowing how disgusting the place is. Definitely not recommending this motel!"

"Very convenient location for us. The room was very comfortable, gym was sufficient for some good workouts, pool area was also amazing for some pool-time with kids. The breakfast was surprisingly great as we typically do not like hotel food. Would definitely stay here again."
