"If you’re the type of person who is willing to pay premium prices for a hotel and expects quality customer service in return, this is not the place for you. I reached out regarding several issues and concerns during my stay, and the response I received from Salvador Cortes was dismissive and sarcastic, offering little more than an insincere “sorry.” When guests are paying top dollar, they should be treated with professionalism and respect. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel does not live up to its pricing, and I will not be staying here again. I wish I had chosen the Fontainebleau down the street instead. Unfortunately, I learned that lesson the hard way. Save yourself the frustration and stick with a hotel that has a proven reputation for both quality accommodations and customer service."

"Location was great. Lots of places to walk to including Bayfront. The condo itself was very spacious and new. 2 bedroom 2 full baths and a full kitchen with laundry in room. Views were spectacular. We had a lightbulb that was out and somebody came and quickly fixed it. The check in process was chaotic and the parking was $126 for 2 nights for self parking. The parking was up so many floors and before we learned how to use the elevator system, it truly was confusing how to exit the parking garage and get around. Leaving the building took so much time due to their parking structure. The outdoor pool was really nice. We ordered food poolside and that was yummy as well. Gym looked amazing but didn’t get to use since I was traveling with 4 kids. We were able to use their complimentary access to South Beach with Marriott, got discounted parking, lounge chairs and beach towels. Overall, it wasn’t too bad but would likely stay elsewhere if I were to come back"
