"This was a great place to stay with a nice compound with some wonderful views. The property was well maintained and kept very nice and clean. The staff was also very professional and extremely helpful although there were a few hiccups (will share below). Overall, this was a great place and we would choose this place again. The half-day backwaters boat tour was a highlight and highly recommended, and the resort grounds were lovely and quiet. "Excellent hotel and resort. Friendly and helpful staff who always take care of guest"

"Everything has an old look in the cottage - the view was good but everything from the aircon to fittings were really old and worn out. Getting a Uber from the hotel is a real challenge as there are regular taxi drivers who charge triple the rate waiting at the entrance to turn away our booking. Really frustrating when the hotel can’t help us with this matter."
