"Very poor and expensive food at their restaurants. It was horrible and they do not know how to prepare local food including veg and non veg. We had to find other restaurants in the area for lunch and dinner.
They need to get some good cooks/chef from Kerala if they want to provide good service to their customers"

"I had booked for a single room for 2 adults - me and my wife and for one kid - my 8 year old daughter. I saw the rate - accommodation and buffet twice a day...on online and made the payment. While checking in at hotel, I was informed that the room is booked only for 2 adults and had to pay 2k as meal charges for my daughter."

"Make use of the massage we had the suite and it had pool in itself almost felt like staying in a villa by the lakeside Food was good but better do not go for evening buffet if you are not a heavy eater but order from the room menu boating time is arnd 5.00 PM so be aware of that when booking time for massage the staff was very welcoming and helpful and always had a smile on their faces"
