Cari Hotel di Kerala

"Staff was amazing. So gracious and responsive. Tripti at the reception really helped out when my daughter was not feeling well and was ever helpful. Saritha, Vishnu and Anamika were amazing with house keeping and took care of all our needs."

"Excellent stay"

"Absolutely wonderful! A dreamy place. You must try the houseboat for at least 1 night."

"Amazing service and foods"

"Grand Gokulam Kumarakom is truly magnificent. The location on the backwaters is breathtaking, and the architecture, with its beautiful use of wood and traditional design, makes the entire property feel special. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were exceptional, always attentive, genuinely warm, and constantly looking for ways to help. The level of hospitality was beyond anything I expected. The food was also among the best I’ve had at a hotel. The breakfast buffet had...

"Very helpful and friendly staff, great nature friendly property and good food. The bird-watching nature walk by Bibin was a highlight."

"I cannot complain about this hotel stay at all. Our room was cleaned daily to perfection all room condiments where topped up daily. We had a full seaview room so the view of the Arabian sea was amazing. Sunset was fantastic.staff members was very polite and friendly. We had a couple of Ayurveda massage treatments. Very good it was. And also I need to mention the food in the restaurant's was absolutely amazing,it brings your taste buds back to life. We also had a couple of massages at the ocean...

"Location was nice, staff was helpful Food was great Rooms & Deco very outdated Overall good place to stay"

"Very friendly staff, beautifully landscaped and fantastic food, absolutely recommend"

"Beautiful place with a lot of peace"

"The location and views are undoubtedly the hotel’s strongest points — the scenery is magnificent and the setting is beautiful. Unfortunately, the hotel itself did not live up to what we expected for the price. We paid around £280 per night for 3 nights, which was over ₹100,000, and for that price the rooms and general finish felt very dated and poorly maintained. The furniture was old, the flooring was damaged in places, and some of the switches and fittings were visibly coming...

"This was our second stay at The Leela Raviz, one year after our first stay. We were equally blown away the second time by the breezy beauty of this lakefront resort and being so kindly greeted by Lenin the security guard who recognized us from our first visit! A true gem of Kerala, the resort and staff surpass others with the quality of service, cleanliness, and sheer beauty of this heritage building and property design."

"A beautiful spot, lots to do so you never have to leave the property"

"We went for this place to enjoy the beach, beach resort - this was a wellness spa and the beach is messed up with port construction- a massive part of the beach is gone. They need to make people aware of this, I would not recommend this as a beach resort - it is a wellness resort - the fact that it is on the beach is just - wrong advertising. I would like my money back based on inaccessible beach. Rest of the resort amenities are good. The SPA is amazing. Food is good and the staff are super...
