This is an excellent hotel high on a hillside outside the town of Munnar with great views. It is surrounded by tea gardens and the hotel offers a guided walk through tea gardens and villages. Food was superb. Room was very clean and had all the amenities

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The space was extremely comfortable and well decorated. The views are amazing. Only downside is I believed that the cooking presentations were mediocre. I thought they could show how sauces were prepared rather than just assembling a meal.

A Perfect Stay in Munnar

We had an amazing stay at The Valle by Kondody in Munnar. From the very beginning, we were met with a warm and lovely welcome, and throughout our stay the staff were super helpful and kind. A special thanks to Divya, who greeted us and was our main contact – she made our stay extra memorable. Our room was spacious, with a big balcony and a stunning view over the surrounding hills. The hotel’s location was perfect, both as a base for day trips and as a peaceful place to return, relax, and enjoy a great meal. The restaurant offered an excellent breakfast and dinner menu, which we really appreciated after exploring the area. The building itself and its surroundings are picture-perfect, and the hotel also offers plenty of activities if you want things to do without leaving the property. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we give our highest recommendation

The Valle Munnar

Breathtaking, warm welcome, truly a place to visit. When you get here they welcome you like family the 1st view is magical. Seeing the mountains, towns, tea plants. The rooms are clean, bed soft, bathroom clean, shower is heavenly, balcony view pristine plenty of space in the room. Breakfast and dinner was a buffet of course you can order what you like as well. Check out smooth and easy.

Fabulous location, hotel and staff

Perched halfway up a mountain the hotel has amazing views over the tea plantations, forested hills and mountains reaching into the horizon. The lobby has a wow factor huge panoramic viewing balcony for the must have arrival photos. Check-in was fast and efficient and the staff oferred a variety of things to do including complimentary high tea, tea tasting, cookery class and a morning walk along the mountain. Room also had that wow factor with huge window and balcony to admire the view - woke early to catch a magical sunrise with misty valleys and mountains. Plenty of nice amenities in the room, good wifi and large TV with Netflix. Menu choice was great as was the food, service and staff. Enjoyed the spa treatment after a long day sightseeing. By far the best stay of our holiday.

I really loved the hotel. We had a very good stay and I would love to come back. The room was very comfortable and the furniture modern and stylish. I also really appreciated the design and the architecture of the hotel and of course the location! There is also a list of activities that are offered which I thought was a lovely idea to further engaged guests in the overall experience. Unfortunately, because of heavy rain, most of the activities were canceled when we were there. The only details I think needs addressing is the lighting in the bathroom which is too dim, especially by the vanity. It’s not possible to put make up on or to shave adequately in such dim light. I believe this should be addressed to make your hotel near perfect!! Thank you 😊

Well the Valle by Kondale hotels located in Munnar Kerala was fantastic experience being greeted very politely and humbly by the staffs. We were astonished at the sight of view from our room window,felt which was visible from the rooms window far ahead with a ray of golden sunlight falling on the mountain caps. Me and my wife instantly fell in love with Valle and all this because of the splendid hospitality we were receiving from time to time according to our want and desire from there started our journey of enjoyments in Valle for 4 days honestly 4 days is not enough to Explore Munnar atleast we should have stayed 10 days in Valle Rooms are spacious, Ambiance is very nice.Hotel Staff is very nice and soft spoken. Me and my wife are foodie exquisite dishes that will delight our taste buds" and that the chefs were "truly impressive". What else can we ask lovely morning breakfast service with a variety of savory foods and fresh fruits. We even asked customize food they made it for us. The chefs' mastery of flavors and presentation is truly impressive. From the freshest ingredients to the warm hospitality, specially thanks to all Chefs Me and my wife would definetly return back to Valle Munnar no doubt about it next time stay more days enjoy the ambience food lovely customer connection they provided us Love to return back again. Une vue à couper le souflle

Accueil attentionné et efficace. localisation un peu excentré ( 14 mn de taxi ou rickshaw de la station de bus ) mais c’est la rançon d’une vue époustouflante sur la vallée. L’hôtel tout habillé de bois et pierre est agencé de façon contemporaine avec goût. La restauration est de qualité,orchestrée par un chef sympathique. La chambre était vaste et très confortable avec évidemment une vue merveilleuse. Un hôtel qui a de la classe !

Das The Valle by Kondody Hotels in Munnar bietet eine ruhige Lage mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die grünen Hügel und Teeplantagen. Unser Luxury Zimmer mit Balkon in der obersten Zimmer-Etage G2, hatte einen sensationellen Blick. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, modern und gut gepflegt, die riesige Regendusche ein Traum. Das Programm mit Morning Walk um 7 Uhr, Lagerfeuer auf dem Dach, Kochdemonstrationen und High Tea war sehr nett zusammengestellt, auch wenn wir nicht alles davon genutzt haben. Jedoch ist das hübsche Gebäude leider sehr hellhörig. Im Zimmer hört man das Telefon der Restaurantrezeption, welches ständig durch das Treppenhaus schrillt oder Leute auf dem Gang. Im Speisesaal aufgrund der Deckenhöhe hört man jedes Geräusch deutlich. Die Holzlamellen am Balkonfenster lassen frische Luft herein, filtern jedoch keine Geräusche aus dem Tal, wie Vögel oder laute Musik am Morgen. Die Anfahrt zum Hotel ist etwas abenteuerlich, da die Straße eng und kurvig ist. Das Personal ist freundlich, der Service könnte jedoch in puncto Schnelligkeit verbessert werden, insbesondere die Waffel- und Pancake Bestellungen dauerten sehr lang. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine gute Auswahl, aber auch hier gibt es noch Raum für Verbesserung. Das Essen am Abend war geschmacklich gut, jedoch dauerte es teilweise lang bis das Essen serviert wurde und war dann vereinzelt nur noch lauwarm. Insgesamt ein schöner Ort, um die Natur zu genießen, trotz kleinerer Einschränkungen.
