"Amazing "

"The property was gorgeous! Beautiful interior and great amenities. We usually don't really use the pools at hotels but the lazy river was a must. The breakfast was also very good! The only downside was the shower. It didn't have a door so water went everywhere and the cold air made it pretty hard to enjoy. Other than that, I would definitely come back!"

"The hotel was comfortable but the furniture felt a bit outdated but it's clean. One issue I had was with the washer and dryer—the machine washed properly, but it didn’t dry the clothes well, which was inconvenient. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the pool, it’s beautiful and well-maintained. I mainly chose this hotel for the pool and water park, which were great. However, I was disappointed that there is an additional $25 fee per person to access the water park, and this was not clearly mentioned during the reservation process. Inside the hotel, especially at the front desk area, the atmosphere was excellent. They offer entertainment for kids, including games and a small cinema, which is a big plus for families. The service overall was very good, and I appreciated the complimentary popcorn—they were a nice touch. The restaurant was good, but one downside is that there are no breakfast options available. There is only a Starbucks on-site, and they do not accept cash, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Overall, the hotel has some great amenities, especially for families, but there are a few areas that could be improved, particularly in transparency about extra fees and updating the furniture."

"I would say the rooms need a little updating, but the three bedroom suite was absolutely perfect. The waterpark was a great time. The only thing I would say is, they should add pool towels to all the pools as we went to the pool and there was no towels when we got there. Other than that, I would say this property is worth every penny we paid."

"I will never book through ACO again. We have stayed in homes from Encore before and have always had a great experience. But it seems, ACO Vacation homes do not properly upkeep their homes. Rooms and bedding were dirty and had stains on the pillow cases and sheets. All the light switches were sticky for some reason. Broken furniture such as an ottoman found upstairs. Most TVs in the rooms had no connection. Blinds were missing on many of the windows. Dining room seats and table were dirty. Multiple ceiling stains found throughout the house. Found what we hope was chocolate on one of the remotes since we found chocolate wrappers in one of the top dresser drawers. Next time will make sure we are dealing with Encore direct."

"We had such a great time. I was a bit worried from reading all the negative reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was great from the home to the breakfast, pool and aqua park. Staff is very friendly and everything was perfect. Will be returning for sure :) "
