"We booked the accessible room and we were placed right in the front of the property which is great if you have a car bc it’s easy to go places and cut off the time you have to travel through the giant resort. We loved the little pool up front in west village. Our villa was clean and equipped with everything that we could need including shampoo, conditioner, coffee, salt and pepper, tissue, body wash, lotion etc. We thoroughly love this resort!"

"Staff were welcoming and friendly. Having access to the amenities on the entire resort is great. We loved the clubhouse pool and mini golf. Breakfast was fresh and had lots of selection. My only suggestion would be to have breakfast last a little longer as it is over at 9:30 am. Access to the coffee throughout the day would be nice. Great stay!"

"There was stale wrapped up bread, cereal with no milk and a waffle maker that overcooked the waffles. No fruit or bagels or anything. When i checked in, i went to take a shower and the shampoo and conditioner bottles were completely empty. The AC doesnt blast to what it should for the temperature it was set at. Definitely not worth the money they charge per night."
