"This would have to be the worst motel we have stayed at. We payed decent money but were so disappointed. The beds are so small my husband and myself had to sleep in separate beds. It was so noice hearing other guests and their doors closing and opening. I even communicated on the app and no one messaged back. In regards to arriving and being recommended to stay at the Mantra. "The room was clean, but the bathroom was small and inconvenient. The water from the shower was overflowing onto the toilet floor. Parking was inconvenient. We had to take 2 different lifts to go from car park to reception. It was challenging to find the parking as well since there was no designated spot for hotel guests. We also had to validate our parking ticket everyday even though they said they had recording our plate number in the system, except for the last day. The staffs at the reception was not helpful and provides different information each time we asked. The staff also didn’t want to listen to our question / concern properly. This was the worst customer service experience that I ever had from the hotel staffs."

"Check in was a great,very friendly and welcoming. Room was excellent, clean and amenities. Felt very secure and separate from the main bar downstairs. Very generous with discounts on food and drink vouchers. Exceeded our expectations at this price point."

"Breakfast was very nice. Freshly cooked and tasty Staff friendly happy to help. Room very spacious big bathroom with nice bath. Very quiet area. And ordering food was very quick and always hot. Will go back again for sure."
