The staff are helpful and courteous I did not try the breakfast Beach view was not as i was expecting from where I was booked, I thought it will be fronting the beach itself, but anyway it was my first time if Surfers Paradise, so I did not know much. "Excellent hotel for families. We had a fantastic time. The staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to walk or catch the tram to surfers paradise. The rooms were great, a little worn, but comfortable and the aircon works great. You spend hardly any time in your room anyway. I would recommend spending as much time at the hotel as you can as the kids will get a lot out of the facilities, the activities and the opportunity to make friends."
