"I was lucky to have a very high floor so views were amazing! The bed and pillows are five star. The only glitch was retrieving keys/cards from corner shop...its awfully unorganised and just a mess to search through. I figured it out, but im sure there are many who struggle. Im surprised there isn't another organised, designated area to collect them..like Circle on Cavill Hotels do."

"The room was fab with a great view and the amenities that I needed . I was aware that the indoor pool was out of action but not to the extent that the works were . When I arrived I got to an area fenced for works , so had no idea how to get into the hotel . Luckily a kind resident helped me . Also the outdoor pool was out of action for 2 days which wasn’t brilliant . I understand works happen but a better brief g would have been nice , I would have perhaps booked somewhere else . However once...

"Always know the bedding will be comfortable and standard of cleanliness acceptable. Just wish there were more kitchen facilities,played,dishes cookware...some complimentary foil and foodwrap would be useful.. Parking is always a bonus ..."

"Great location. Great value - even for the slow season now. Very clean, and the apt was great. I especially liked having a washing and dryer since I've been traveling and needed to get everything cleaned up. I would definitely stay here again. Plenty of cafes and restaurants closely, and a grocery store. The city tram is 3 min walk."
