"The room was clean, but the bathroom was small and inconvenient. The water from the shower was overflowing onto the toilet floor. Parking was inconvenient. We had to take 2 different lifts to go from car park to reception. It was challenging to find the parking as well since there was no designated spot for hotel guests. We also had to validate our parking ticket everyday even though they said they had recording our plate number in the system, except for the last day. The staffs at the reception was not helpful and provides different information each time we asked. The staff also didn’t want to listen to our question / concern properly. This was the worst customer service experience that I ever had from the hotel staffs."

"The breakfast buffet was really good with lots of variety. The balcony with the view of the ocean was fantastic however, it was very loud at night with all the shows going on. Although the hotel was very convenient I would choose to stay somewhere quieter next time. Overall, the hotel was safe, convenient and had everything we needed. It was nice to be so close to all the stores and food restaurant choices and to have a grocery store located within the mall. I did find it difficult to get room service when I needed it however, there was one room service attendant, who was most helpful, a Filipino lady, who was very good about cleaning up after my son who became sick during our stay. I wish I could remember her name as I think she deserves a pay raise!"

"The place looks really aged. The access cards were hit and miss during our first night did not work properly at the glass door from the Level 2 parking to the lobby, on the lifts and on our main door. The lifts from Levels 2 and 3 parking to the lobby also looked old. Shower is ok, bed is ok but pillows were quite hard. We reported our access card to the receptionist and she was very accommodating and friendly. Cards were replaced. The people at the canteen area were also very friendly. The breakfast was ok, my children loved the pastries. No swimming pool."

"Check in was a great,very friendly and welcoming. Room was excellent, clean and amenities. Felt very secure and separate from the main bar downstairs. Very generous with discounts on food and drink vouchers. Exceeded our expectations at this price point."
