"A wonderful place to stay. V quiet rooms with black out blinds made for a great sleep. Special touches like bath salts, a coffee machine with decaff pods, toiletries in a little drawer, Bluetooth speaker in the mirror, and of course the incredible rooftop pool - it was wonderful. We didn't sample the dining or have breakfast. Only one improvement would be to have more towels in the room, just one each, a hand towel would have been nice. "By far one of the best properties I've ever stayed at in my entire life. I've stayed at my fair share of luxury hotels and this definitely tops the list. The view from the harbour-side room is incomparable and definitely well worth it in my opinion. All staff were excellent throughout the stay and accommodating. "Such a fabulous hotel. Beautifully designed and in a great location for for Wan Chai Ferry and walks along the harbour. Plenty of excellent local restaurants in the vicinity too. Breakfast in all honesty were fairly good value and the quality of all the food on offer was exceptional. The staff just couldn’t help enough all along with being polite and courteous constantly. Cannot wait to return here and will be my default d stay now in Hong Kong."

"Good. The location is great. About 3 minutes to Time Square. I booked a room for 3 person but I was given a room with 2 single beds. I spoke with the counter officer, Kevin. He was very helpful and upgraded us to a family room , I would definitely come back to this hotel again for my next visit. Also ? Thanks again, Kevin for giving us a comfortable stay"

"The walking distance to MTR is around 10 to 15 mins. There are restaurants and shopping centers around the hotel. Recommend to change canned potable water to bottled one. Once opened, we could not cap it back again for later usage. Breakfast is almost the same selection everyday. "
