"Room was pretty new and spacious by HK standards. Loved the location as it was convenient - easy access to the tram, airport bus and MTR. Plenty of food options nearby. As I had booked multiple nights on separate bookings, the only minor inconvenience was that I had to “refresh” my room card after a booking ended. Nonetheless, the staff were helpful in assisting to arrange the same room throughout my entire stay."

"Housekeeper Coco was exceptional! Probably one of the best housekeepers I have ever met in my 40+ years of travel to 20+ countries. Not only she kept my room spotless clean everyday, she went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable such as finding me a dehumidifier, offering me local tips, reminding me of the weather changes, etc., just to name a few! She even refused to take my tips as she told me she just tried to a good job simply making sure all her visitors feel like home when...

"Good. The location is great. About 3 minutes to Time Square. I booked a room for 3 person but I was given a room with 2 single beds. I spoke with the counter officer, Kevin. He was very helpful and upgraded us to a family room , I would definitely come back to this hotel again for my next visit. Also ? Thanks again, Kevin for giving us a comfortable stay"
