"Staff were lovely. Check in was good. Although couldn’t book us in any earlier & we were attending an event which was a shame. But no huge issue. Parking superb Bathroom lovely. We stayed in Sariska room which is on the front of the building. Being a Saturday night stay - it was a tad noisey & nothing to do with the hotel. "We checked into Novotel as we need our kids to get a good night sleep in the middle of our journey. We checked into Novotel at 3pm to find that the sofa bed had not need made and there was no linen for us to make it up. Between 3pm and 11pm we asked 7 times for them to make up the bed, each time promised by them that it would be done shortly. "A lovely location and great facilities. Great staff and bar area had a lovely atmosphere. Morning breakfast was delicious with attentive staff. Rooms were very quiet, hotel had a lift which is very convent as the steps are steep to the 2nd floor. The rooms are a little tired and the bathroom window privacy screening is in desperate need of replacement. Kettle is completely scaled up and cups were also dirty so this needs to be addressed.
