All the staff were brilliant and super helpful. Restaurant was excellent for dinner and breakfast. Room was decent size, clean and quiet, with comfortable large bed. Swimming pool was clean, quiet, and relaxing. Bar was great too and again staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Restaurant was expensive but the food was amazing.

Second time we've stayed here this year. The Spa and Health club are free to hotel guests and its a really great breakfast in the morning. Having a small fridge with some free water and milk was a really nice touch. Great location to travel from in the area.

Lighting in the room was poor but other than that room was lovely, had a works Christmas party and the meal was not nice the drinks very poor and it wouldn’t hurt for the staff to smile once in a while sorry but there was not much Christmas atmosphere at all and the dj could’ve been better

Beautiful hotel with lovely grounds a stones throw from Newmarket town centre with excellent parking . Professional and courteous staff to greet you and cater to your needs. Our only question mark was that the drinks and food seems a little expensive and the menu felt a little limited
