"We enjoyed a one night stay, as we traveled further south, breaking up our vacation journey. The time during the day spent on the beach was fantastic and the evening was exceptional getting to watch some live music with my wife hanging out by the cabana bar."

Most front desk staff acted inconvenienced when approached by a guest. Guests are usually vacationing and the last thing they want to deal with is an unhappy Employee. "

"The property at the Omni resort in Hilton head is beautiful and well maintained. We had a little hiccup upon check in with our room. But the hotel staff quickly intervened and found us a comparable alternative. I’d say the best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone was lovely, accommodating, and genuinely interested in keeping the guests happy."
