"We had an amazing stay, the Old Vine is a beautiful historic building in central Winchester. The room was comfortable and immaculate, the bed was comfortable and the bedding and pillows were great, thebathroom was large and very clean. We had breakfast in our room which was delicious and hot and plentiful. All the staff were great and very attentive."

From the staff at the restaurant / bar to the staff assistance when I couldn’t do the automated checkin (Expedia reservations / non-UK addresses don’t line up with their system), you could tell that they wanted you to be delighted with your stay. "We picked property because of its proximity to the cruise terminal. Turns out it’s quite lovely as well as convenient. Lobby is welcoming and restaurant is great. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Quiet! Easy walk to additional places to eat. Half mile stroll to bus station and national express station. Definitely worthy of a return trip. "
