"In a great area,to explore old Bergen. Room a lot bigger than most. Provide not o ly excellent and varied breakfast, but also afternoon tea and dinner is included. If you need to leave before 6am, say to catch the train, they give you a great takeaway breakfast bag."

"After long trip of Norway in the nutshell from Oslo to Bergen. It was so tired and when we reached Bergen train station, it was raining. The most amazing thing happened that the hotel is just beside the train station, less than a minute walk. The next amazing thing followed that the lovely staff upgraded my room to a brand new family suite. I totally enjoy my two nights stay here."

"Brilliant staff, great breakfasts, fab location, so much to like BUT we had a loft suite and be warned it had absolutely no view, just two large air conditioning units. Worth checking before you book. Room was a little dated, table with four chairs but no sofa. Odd. Shower brilliant, great bed, might make sense to flag up lack of a view."
