"Loved this hotel. Although it was always busy, we were always seated for breakfast promptly. Breakfast choice was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable - excellent bed! Good location - only steps from the railway station, although there was no noise as a result. Comfortable walking distance from everything we wanted to see and do."

"Possibly the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had. The space breakfast hall is the former stock exchange of Norway and is quite a lovely spot. Room was clean, with all we needed, and the hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. The location is within walking distance of all the big sights of Bergen. Would wholeheartedly recommend it!"

"Bergen is the most beautiful city we have seen in our travels. The shops and restaurants go in many fascinating directions to explore. The food is excellent, especially at Egon's next door to the hotel. Hakon's Hall is majestic and feels like it's taking you back in time 750 years. The rail car to the mountain top has great views and beautiful forest hikes. We saw the Troll museum in Tromso, and the one in Bergen is also very fun to explore. The runes and artifacts in the Bryggens museum are...

"After long trip of Norway in the nutshell from Oslo to Bergen. It was so tired and when we reached Bergen train station, it was raining. The most amazing thing happened that the hotel is just beside the train station, less than a minute walk. The next amazing thing followed that the lovely staff upgraded my room to a brand new family suite. I totally enjoy my two nights stay here."

"It is supposed to be a quiet environment. My room was facing a centre court void where downstairs was a restaurant storage. One morn at 5am, was awaken by moving trolley like moving something in out. Other ngt was hearing many happy moments laughter beer time and light music till late ngt. Otherwise, everytg is perfect."
