"Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast - probably the best hotel breakfast buffet I have ever had. The hotel was great about letting us leave our luggage both before and after checking in and out of our room. Finally it was the perfect spot to stay from which to catch our cruise ship."

"Location is fantastic. 9* The room size is small clean which is alright. Noisy external tram / train noise. Later midngt, young guys with loud music hanging around. At 3am next door room had late ngts screaming laughing. Hard to sleep."

"It is a basic clean hotel. The concept is efficiently operated. 24/7 in house staff to address the needs. The location to Oslo s is only a mere 3min walk. Citybox oslo is kind enough to change my room facing noisy trams line. Subsequently, my room was facing void courtyard where i could hear chinese couple quarrel.at 4am, loud hp music, talkg till late at night from nearby windows and also my opp room. Depending on your luck, it could be pleasant. Pantry is available at ground floor."

"Kleines aber sehr sauberes Zimmer. Keine Klimaanlage. Hervorragende Lage. Keine eigenen Parkplätze, aber öffentliche Tiefgarage nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Beim Frühstück ist viel los und es gibt nur einen kaffeeautomaten."

"I have a nice and spacious room. The breakfast has various selections. The hotel's location is very near the Bryggen, Fish market, shopping center, tours' meeting points, supermarkets. It only takes me 4 -5 minutes walking to these places."

"Unique old building but updated for comfort. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. Dinner was ok the first night but relatively few selections. However the next two nights, dinner met expectations. Staff was friendly and responsive. The location was excellent. Many restaurants, shops, etc. very close and being by the water was beautiful."

"Das Hotel für einen sightseeing Trip lst optimal . Sehr im Zentrum gelegen sind alle Attraktionen und Geschäfte zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Hotel selber ist eigentlich ganz ok ,was uns etwas gestört hatte war die Zuteilung beim Frühstück. Es gab pro Person 1fertig belegtes Brötchen ,einen Joghurt und einen Kaffee. ( als Frühstücksbuffett ) Da wir nur 2 Nächte inkl. Frühstück gebucht hatten kann ich über weitere Details keine Auskunft geben ."
