"It is a basic clean hotel. The concept is efficiently operated. 24/7 in house staff to address the needs. The location to Oslo s is only a mere 3min walk. Citybox oslo is kind enough to change my room facing noisy trams line. Subsequently, my room was facing void courtyard where i could hear chinese couple quarrel.at 4am, loud hp music, talkg till late at night from nearby windows and also my opp room. Depending on your luck, it could be pleasant. Pantry is available at ground floor."

"Location is fantastic. 9* The room size is small clean which is alright. Noisy external tram / train noise. Later midngt, young guys with loud music hanging around. At 3am next door room had late ngts screaming laughing. Hard to sleep."

"I cannot recommend this hotel. The service did not match the price. Rooms were only cleaned after 3 days, and daily cleaning costs extra. The bathroom had no lock, the bed was uncomfortable, and the sofa bed made loud noises all night so I couldn’t sleep. I did not have a pleasant stay."

"The staff at the front desk was very friendly. The only problem was with the shower door, which opened inside the shower area and made it almost impossible to get inside the shower area."

"What's not to love? A spacious room, cavernous shower with rainfall and handheld options, great food... And the spa itself... I haven't felt this relaxed in years. I'm not often on this side of the world, but next time I am, you better believe I'm coming back."
