"Best hotel we stayed at in Malaysia. If you want to enjoy Pinang in comfort - this is a great choice. Large well equiped rooms, fantastic shower, great location - convenient with or without a car. I picked this hotel because of its great reviews and they are well deserved."

"The staff are all very friendly and helpful. When we informed front desk staff about a faulty TV . To our surprise the maintenance staff was already at the room door waiting for us immediately. When the card could not work for the elevator, staff immediately rectify the issue. Especially Ady who is very helpful and provides information and clarifications to assist guests with a cheerful smile. Well done! Keep up the good work!"

"Rooms are clean but very dated. The hotel is centrally located and within walking to local eateries and the night market. This is good as everything inside the hotel is very overpriced. I Breakfast was ok but not worth the money if not included in the room for free. The beach is eroded which is a shame. The pool so very nice. I previously stayed at the Hard Rock and found that to be better value for money. "

"Rooms are a bit dated (compared to the pictures shown) but generally okay for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping is done everyday so you get fresh towels and sheets daily. Location-wise is central and convenient, and across from 1st Avenue Mall which is great if you need anything."
