"The three bedroom apartment was spacious, well furnished, with great views and had so much potential. Unfortunately, the furnishing was a bit gross. On checking in we also found dirty socks, used toothbrushes and half finished milk teas around the place. There were also cockroaches roaming the living room mattress, and we found stains on all the couches, the towels and the bed sheets. "Really took care of us.Appreciate it was really busy with two conferences going on but it was managed well by the hotel. Breakfast was great. Staff were incredibly friendly. Good introduction to the room with staff remembering our names which was unusual. Overall a very nice experience "
