Very comfortable apartment which is clean and well equipped . Highly convenient & accessible to the KSL shopping centre & shops around. There’s a family mart below the apartment too. Value for money. Would have had a better stay if

Apartment was clean and convenient, beds were comfortable but the sofas were not. Tv size a bit small but came with Netflix we can log into our own account. We stayed for 4 nights requested for extension so we can have lunch first without lugging all our luggages around but was able told even an hour extension is subject to charge. The checking In and out instructions were clear to understand and follow. The room was big enough to accomodate four persons and it was spacious. On entering we found the room nice and clean. The bathroom could do with a shower curtain to prevent water spillage onto the floor making it slippery for all, young and old!! Overall we had a good stay>

Room was not cleaned properly, floor was a little slippery and table top had stains. Intermittent water supply, had no water at all in the night and toilet had no water in the morning. Fuss free self check in and check out just that the lifts are always packed

Pros: Easy check in, great location for shopping at the KSL mall and vicinity. Make sure you read the pre-check in information and contact the host via whatsapp prior to check in. Cons: Limited channels on TV - unable to log into TV apps despite having a personal account, as such we could only watch limited free shows on the apps which also took a long time to buffer due to poor internet connection. Otherwise, wifi is not a problem if you are not connecting to the internet using the TV. Kettle and microwave oven provided in kitchen but no coffee or teas. Plates and cutlery provided but no pots/ pans or cooking utensils.
