The hotel is located at a quiet area but only 2 minutes walk to the bus and tram stops, staffs are excellent, very helpful. The front desk representatives are very polite and cheerful. The only 3 things that we thought could have been improved is the TV channel selection, wi-fi connectivity in the rooms and a warmer swimming pool... "
