"Me and my wife enjoyed this stay very much! All essential items are provided for and lots of little luxuries like salt bath, morning tea etc as is the usual everywhere. What makes them stand out is the quality of their stuff like excellent towel, bed is super comfy and rooms super quiet. Only thing I have constructive criticism of is to make the sign of the hotel more visible and obvious from first floor outside as I had issue finding this place."

"Hot like suana. They should have option for cold air instead of hot since the aircond is heated. And window is not opened. We were sweating like pigs. My room is like suana. The corridor of my room is much much cooler than room."

"I had a Suite on the top floor and it was very nice. It was very spacious and I liked the two leather couches that faced each other with the leather trunk coffee table in between. Very elegant. They think of every detail. And the bathroom and shower is truly amazing. There was plenty of space in the large closet. For anything you might have. There are pajamas laid out on the bed and very luxurious robes available in the closet. The beds are traditional Japanese and are a little bit firm....
