This place was walkable from 2 stations (2 different lines) and very convenient. Staff was friendly and very welcoming. I would stay here again next time I stay in Yokohama

Me and my wife enjoyed this stay very much! All essential items are provided for and lots of little luxuries like salt bath, morning tea etc as is the usual everywhere. What makes them stand out is the quality of their stuff like excellent towel, bed is super comfy and rooms super quiet. Only thing I have constructive criticism of is to make the sign of the hotel more visible and obvious from first floor outside as I had issue finding this place.

Excellent Location in the city of Yokohama. The rooms are very small, but no need for more. Very clean Hotel overall. Staff super friendly.

Excellent property and great location. It is within walking distance of the Sakuragicho Station and several shops and restaurants. The second floor has great amenities that make up for the relatively small rooms.

Nice but small rooms. Big soaking bath tub. They had Epsom salt to put in bath and had lots of maps, and cards for sight seeing. Great work lounge. Adjacent Italian restaurant is an A+

Great location, vibrant rooms and nice staff.

Cool design hotel with very well planned rooms. Amenity counter was good, clean rooms and nice staff. Its located a 2 minute walk to a subway line that is just a few stops to China Town and a few stops to Yokohama Station in the other direction. (Really great location)

Good place to stay

It's very comfortable, but it's very small, couldn't really turn around in the room. no desk space, but it's in Japan, space is limited. convenient to train station, convenient stores, malls.

It was perfect for traveling for work. The room was clean and the lobby was great for work. Check in was quick easy and all of the staff were very nice and helpful. I had dinner at the Italian restaurant that you can access from the 2nd floor. The only issue I had was that it was confusing entering the restaurant- no one was there to greet customers at the 2nd floor entrance I guess since there is another entrance on the actual front entrance to the restaurant. The kitchen staff finally noticed me and told me to go ahead and a waitress saw me but wasn't directed so I just sat myself. It would be helpful to at least have a sign that says please seat yourself or please wait to be seated.

Nice amenities very friendly staff

Confusing to find from Yokohama Station with the pedestrian overpasses. The front door is not easy to see from the point as there's no banner. Very friendly staff, spoke very good english. Love the amenities bar in the lobby, they had face wash, lotion, oil, bath salts, the best mouth wash, hair ties. Very cute they give you a coin for the gashapon they have in the lobby. Their lounge is great! Free drinks (coffe/tea/pop), microwave, lots of tables, and free yokohama playing cards as a souvenir! The washing machines are on the same level, they are 300 yen per load it think, they worked good, detergent self dispenses. The dryer was good enough and then we hung the items overnight in our room and the dried by the next day. The room is very cozy, we got a double. Bed, small chair, fridge, tea, kettle, slippers, fabric spray. One of the only hotels that provided pajamas (not just a robe). The bathroom is spacious for japan, I was able to take a bath in the tub. Enough room to open your luggage in the room (not by the door) but not enough room to leave it open. Room service is dependent on length of stay, fresh towels provided daily. Clean and satisfied with the stay. Would recommend. You can purchase a breakfast voucher but we didn't.
