当日キャンセルが出たとの事で追加料金を払いスイートルームにお部屋を変更しました。ラウンジでケーキやドリンクを飲み楽しい時間を過ごせました。朝食は景色が素晴らしかったです。スタッフさんの対応も良いです

Hotel New Grand is located in a great location by the Osambashi Pier and new Chinatown which provides multiple dining options and entertainment venues. The hotel is clean, safe, and has a pleasant staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

横浜では、最も歴史のあるさすが由緒あるホテルだと思います。設備面や働く人たちのご対応もとても心地よく、終始安心して過ごせました。また本館には、歴史を物語る展示が多数あり、今はブライダル受付になっているかつてのフロントフロアが壮大で重厚ですてきな特別感を感じることができました。

The view of Yokohama Bay is fantastic from the Tower rooms. Very comfortable beds and great food in all restaurants. The restaurants close early, could stay open a little late.
