"Really nice room in a lovely coaching inn. Quality bedding , towels etc. comfy bed. Booked & prepaid thru Hotels.com and when we arrived we were a little taken aback to be charged an extra £20 for our little dog. It would have been nice to have known about this extra fee beforehand as it came as a bit of a shock , I didn’t get any reply from accommodation following my messaging them & also leaving a telephone message to say we’re bringing our dog. Other than that , a good stay. "

"The staff were wonderful, and the location can't be beat. We unwound each night with a half-pint on the beautiful terrace that is set along the riverbank. "On arrival,place looked deralict,shown to our room by owner,garden room.freezing cold no heating on.smelt musty curtains full of mould,felt damp,floor hadn't been sweet,full of bits fluff rug in front of door filthy,told lady room cold arrived at 2 went out at 5 ,15 heating still off.got back at 930 room warm.but heating off.went to bed heating never came back on...next morning had breakfast.excellent.could not fault it .still no heating..left at 9 30.for home..would never return.not...
