"Used hotel for proximity for uni visit. It was percent located and had great amenities. Plus it’s very convenient for the city centre shops and theatres should we have had time to go. "

"Stayed here for a second time and it’s a lovely hotel. Room was quiet. Stayed in the small double which was perfect for one person for a few nights. Bed was very comfy and cosy. Bathroom and shower were great too. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again if in Liverpool for it being a lovely hotel and in a great location. This hotel doesn’t serve breakfast which didn’t bother me anyway."

"What a delightful trip, from the moment I walked. I was welcomed by staff who were tentative and helpful. This extended through my stay, and into the morning of my departure. It was made apparent that the team could not do enough. They were courteous and helpful right up to exiting the building. I would 100% stay here again, the hotel was immaculate, well maintained and guests were their priority. Pete was a standout on my welcome and the young lady, who I think was Italian at breakfast also went above and beyond. "

"Gorgeous studio room, although there was an awful smell in the shower because it hadn't aired out. Monday morning was terrible when we were woken up by workmen in the room / roof above us, really annoying that we weren't warned about it or maybe been given a different room to begin with. Central location is great. Spa was good but very crowded for a Monday, so would not recommend visiting at a weekend or in peak times. Pillow selection could be better, far too soft."

"Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The reception was weird & difficult to get to. The staff were lovely. Some of the very steep stairs were just concrete. The lift hasn’t worked for at least 7 months. The walls were filthy. The room door looked like it had been kicked in at some point. I didn’t sleep & at one point I thought someone was trying the door. I was booked for 2 nights. I only stayed for one night & booked into a nearby Travelodge which was a luxury hotel compared to this. I’m a Travel Agent & travelled the world but I’ve seen hostels better than this."
