"Good location not too far from Lime Street Station. The room was spotlessly clean and very quiet. No street noise to disturb our sleep. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was great with quality toiletries provided - shampoo, conditioner, hand and body wash and and body lotion. An excellent self service breakfast was included with plenty of choice. Hot food was hot and everything' was replenished regularly. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Would certainly stay again."

"Great hotel, staff & room, only thing to note is that the lift isn’t working & hasn’t been for a couple of months. We weren’t informed & it wasn’t an issue for us (even though we were on 5th floor) it’s just something to be aware of if you book here. "
