"Cheerful greeting on arrival. Easy check in. Room on first impressions was very nice - not huge but certainly had everything one needed. Housekeeping could have done a better job at replacing used items such as vanity kit and tissues, also they didn't remove dirty tea cups. Very comfy bed and nice shower and toiletries. "The hotel has an excellent ocation right by Albert Dock and Liverpool One,and a short walk to the center. We found our room to be very clean, but a bit on the small side. They offer an excellent buffet breakfast with various hot and cold dishes. Parking is available at the 2-minute walk nearby Q-Park John Lewis (where the hotel can offer a discount). I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"The Red is attached to Liverpool lime Street train station for easy access. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is a beautiful historic building close to Royal Albert dock and the Cavern Club. Lots of great restaurants close by, souvenir stores are plenty and the mall is just across the street. The hotel is extremely clean. The staff are extremely helpful. This was our second year in a row staying at the Radisson Red, if I ever get back to Liverpool, I will definitely choose the red again."

"Communication with the host was great. They met us at the apartment, gave us a run down on the place and some visiting recommendations. Apartment was located in a great spot within walking distance to great shopping, restaurants and beautiful sights. We did not find the apartment very well cleaned. It had black hair around the base of the toilet seat and in the shower. Floors were also not clean and needed a good vacuum. The upstairs ceiling is very low and an adult is unable to stand...

"We loved this hotel. It's in a great location close to the train station. The staff was really nice and allowed us to leave our bags early prior to checkin which was helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and the fans kept us cool. The breakfast buffet was tasty with a lot of choices.
