Wonderful stay! It’s a well appointed apartment hotel that is beautifully clean. The staff are also really helpful and lovely which made the stay. A 15-20 min walk to the station or quick taxi hence it’s in the perfect location to explore Liverpool.

Best room I've had in the UK. The kitchen was brilliant . Recommended. Maybe put a toilet brush in the bathroom is the only bad thing I can say . Nice breakfast also .

The onsite parking is definitely a bonus. The view from the suit left little to be desired... a derelict carpark that looked more like an apocalyptic waste ground. The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful and the room was decent enough.

Terrific location to the Royal Albert docks with tons of restaurants and shops. Jamie was incredible in providing an early check in for us following our redeye from the states. Breakfast was good and had all of the basics. Staff were very pleasant and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

A great hotel adjacent to the arena and a short walk to Albert Dock and Liverpool One. Good size room with kitchen. Comfortable king size bed and on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday happy hour between 6.30 and 7.30pm, Complementary wine, beer, cheese,pate,olives. All the staff very friendly and helpful.

This is a clean well maintained property and suits individuals or larger groups. Very well placed for M&S Arena or city centre. Breakfast can get quite busy and a little chaotic. But that was the only downside. Rooms are spacious and well equipped.

The staff were wonderful m, the breakfast was delicious and the evening cheese and wine (Monday to Wednesday only) was such a lovely bonus. If I’m ever back in Liverpool I will definitely stay here.

From start to finish this is a great place to stay. Great location, fabulous bed, lovely shower, kitchen had everything you need and more; all incredibly clean. Good selection for breakfast. Friendly staff. Couldn’t fault it. Would recommend and would stay again.
