The housekeeping are sweet, trust worthy, and hardworking. The resturaunt staff are friendly and work quickly on getting meals to customers. "想像していた以上にとても綺麗なホテルでスタッフさんたちの対応も丁寧でした。英会話に慣れていない方(自分も含めて)は会話の際にグーグル翻訳が必須です。会話は全て英語で行われますし、かなり流暢に話すので翻訳機無しだと始めのうちは聴き取るのに苦労します。泊まった部屋はとても清潔で眺望が良く、何かのイベントだったのか花火がとても綺麗に見えました。宿泊の際にはチェックイン時にデポジットとして1500ペソを支払う必要がありますがこれはチェックアウト時に返金されます。空港からホテルまでは車で15分くらいの距離です。その際に使うタクシーは「グラブタクシー」をお勧めします。黄色タクシーよりも約200ペソ程度安く移動できる上にぼったくられる可能性もかなり低いです。食事に関してはビュッフェ形式でした。今後、フィリピンに行く機会がある方はぜひこちらのホテルに宿泊されることをおすすめします。 "

"Could have given 5 star to rate if not for a couple of staff in the breakfast area. Though they are nice and courteous some of them lack basic training in communication skills. "The Diane residences is a nice quiet stay. The staff is very accommodating and there is a wonderful little restaurant right next-door as well as a tennis center down the block. It is a ways from major shopping areas, but that can either be a positive or negative depending on whether you want quiet and peace or you want the loud city commotion.
