"The room was clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was available 24/7 and staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was excellent! There were many choices available for guests to select. I love the fact that one of big shopping malls was a walking distance. The only downside was a construction noise during one of the night we stayed. "

"I arrived at 8:30pm, I went to the room and it hadn't been cleaned. The receptionists tried to put me on a standard room even I had paid for a VIP room. 5 min later I was told the VIP room was ready, which was clearly not ok. How come they could clean a room in 5 min. "
